1) control of condition of elements of the airfield;
2) maintenance of the airfield of airfield in permanent operational readiness according to the these rules existing with regulating documents in the field of civil aviation, documents ICAO;
3) submission of reliable and timely information to service of air traffic control and service of aeronautical information on changes of condition and/or the validity to safe operation of airfield according to requirements of the Rules of providing with aeronautical information in civil aviation approved by the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2017 No. 420 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15427);
4) control of aerodrome environs condition (condition of marking and warning lights of the existing obstacles, identification of construction and construction of uncoordinated objects).
Under the organization of airfield ensuring flights aspects of human factor are considered.";
