About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on part (2) articles II of the Law No. 311/2018 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 289/2004 on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 1-5, 32) and parts (2) articles VIII of the Law No. 123/2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 410) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Appointment and allowance payment of social insurance, provided for the medical leaves granted till June 30, 2019 inclusive which will continue also after this date, perform the employer and, in case of the unemployed, National employment agency of the population according to the provisions operating till June 30, 2019.

3. This resolution becomes effective on July 1, 2019 and is applied in case of appointment and calculation of temporary disability benefits based on primary medical certificates constituted since July 1, 2019 and also the electronic information transferred from these medical certificates.
