Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Item 10 of the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87 "About structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 744; 2010, No. 51, Art. 6937; 2017, No. 19, Art. 2843; No. 38, Art. 5619; 2018, No. 18, Art. 2630):

a) state the subitem "z" in the following edition:

"h) data on the parcels of land withdrawn for the state or municipal needs on the parcels of land concerning which the servitude is established, the public servitude, reasons for their sizes if such sizes are not established by regulations of allocation of land for specific types of activity, or rules of land use and building, or site plannings, boundary-setting plans, - in need of withdrawal of the parcel of land for the state or municipal needs, establishment of the servitude, the public servitude;";

b) state the subitem "k" in the following edition:

"j) data on the size of the means which are required for compensation to owners of the parcels of land and (or) located on such parcels of land of real estate units - in case of their withdrawal for the state or municipal needs;";
