Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 8, 1994 No. 3-FZ "About the status of the member of the Federation Council and the status of the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of July 5, 1999 No. 133-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 2, Art. 74; 1999, No. 28, Art. 3466; 2004, No. 17, Art. 1588; No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1749; No. 30, Art. 3104; 2009, No. 20, Art. 2391; 2011, No. 43, Art. 5975; 2012, No. 47, Art. 6389; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3439; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4244; No. 52, Art. 7500) following changes:

1) article 39 part two Item "in" after the words "according to part one of article 8 of this Federal Law" to add with words "(except for the assistants working on a voluntary basis)";

2) in part one of Article 40 of the word "231 084 rubles" shall be replaced with words "300 thousand rubles".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
