About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 753/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, No. 156, of the Art. 764), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Activities of Service are coordinated by the President of the Republic of Moldova within the competence and is subject to parliamentary control.".
2. In Article 13:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) the Service is headed by the director appointed to position by Parliament according to the proposal of the President of the Republic of Moldova for a period of five years. Dismissal of the director of Service is performed by Parliament according to the proposal of the President of the Republic of Moldova or at least one third of the elected deputies in case:
a) establishments by the stating act of edition/adoption of the administrative act which became final by it, making it is direct or by means of the third party of the transaction, acceptance or participation in decision making without the permission of the actual conflict of interest according to the legislation on regulation of conflict of interest;
b) the stay in provision of incompatibility established by the stating act which became final;
c) not submissions of the declaration on property and private interests or refusal of its giving according to part (8) article 27 of the Law on National authority on integrity No. 132/2016;
d) instructions the decision of degree of jurisdiction of confiscation of unreasonable property which took legal effect;
e) losses of trust.";
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) In day of position assignment the director of Service brings before Parliament in the presence of the President of the Republic of Moldova the following oath:
