About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning approval of administrative regulations of the state and municipal services
For the purpose of streamlining of questions of approval of administrative regulations of the state and municipal services, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117 the following change:
- the paragraph one of the subitem 2 of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"2) regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government, and also executive bodies of local self-government, authorized to publish regulatory legal acts according to acts of delegation of rule-making powers:".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2013 No. 341 the following changes:
in the Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 45-1 in the following edition:
"45-1. On questions which shall be solved the ministries independently, and also on the delegated state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government to powers, decisions of the Government and the Prime Minister are not accepted by the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and other state bodies.
