About modification of the Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 59 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 94; 1996, No. 5, Art. 154; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 68, Art. 2462; 2011, No. 28, Art. 1191; 2012, No. 60, Art. 2433, No. 81, Art. 3283; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 644), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches

1. In Item 1 of the word "firm, liquid and gaseous" to exclude.

2. To replace paragraph two of Item 9 with paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of change of the subsoil user, reorganization of the company or prolongation of effective period of special permission to use of natural resources without change of borders of object of subsurface use the act of provision of mountain branch and text on the copy of the topographical plan of surface are renewed. For this purpose the company submits the appeal to the body providing mountain branch, the statement on receipt of mountain branch with indication of number of special permission to use of natural resources and two copies of vykopirovka from the topographical plan of surface which is drawn up according to requirements of Item 5 of appendix No. 2.

The decision on renewal of mountain branch is made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the specified documents.".
