About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of recognition of person the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2008, No. 15, Art. 1554; 2018, No. 16, Art. 2355).

Changes which are made to Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

1. In Item 10 of the word "the appendices provided by Sections I and II" shall be replaced with words "provided by Sections I, II and II (1) appendices".

2. In appendix to the specified Rules:

a) to exclude the subitem "an" of Item 17;

b) add with the Section II (1) the following content:

"II (1). Indications and conditions for establishment of category "handicapped child" before achievement of 18 years by the citizen of age

17(1). The category "handicapped child" before achievement of age of 18 years is established in case of survey of children with insulin-dependent diabetes.".
