About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 30, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" and for the purpose of expansion of the sphere of use of national currency of Ukraine on some transactions of nonresidents the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The Section IV of the Provisions on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), after Item 32 to add with new Item 32-1-of the following content:

"32-1. Subjects of managing - residents (legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs) have the right to perfrom calculations for the external economic agreement (to contracts, agreements, other documents which are applied in the international practice and can be considered as the agreement) on export/commodity import by means of electronic means of payment if transaction under one such agreement in one operational day does not exceed the insignificant size.".

2. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure for making of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), such changes:
