Article 1

1) in Article 8:

a) regarding 2 words "parts 4.1 and 5" shall be replaced with words "part 4.1";

b) recognize part 5 invalid;

Item 38 of part 1 of Article 12 to declare 2) invalid;

Item 3 of part 7 of Article 14 to declare 3) invalid.

Article 2

The licenses for activities on production of copies of audiovisual works, programs for electronic computers, databases and soundtracks on any kinds of carriers issued about day of entry into force of this Federal Law stop the action.
