I ORDER:

1. "214-1. In case of nodular dermatitis the following events are held:

immediate isolation of animals, sick and suspicious on disease;

1079. On brucellosis apply epizootological, clinical, serological, bacteriological methods to establishment of the diagnosis (with statement of biological test) and PTsR.

1080. When conducting diagnostic testings of animals on brucellosis apply the serological tests officially recommended by World Health Organization of animals (further - MEB): reaction of binding of complement or reaction of long binding of compliment - SG (RSK/RDSK), the test with zabuferny antigen the Brucella - VVAT (PRA/RBP), the immunoenzymatic analysis - Elisa (IFA) and fluorescent polarization - FRA (FPA). On brucellosis are applied to determination of the status of herd (flock) bacteriological method (with statement of biological test) or PTsR.

1081. The small cattle in case of suspicion of the disease caused by the Brucella oats is researched in RDSK with ovisny antigen or IFA. In the presence of abortirovanny fruits conduct bacteriological researches with statement of biological test or PTsR.
