The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of financial services (except professional activity in the security market) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 913 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 98, the Art. 3192), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of financial services (except professional activity in the security market)

1. In Item 3:

1) to add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of such content:

"reporting data - data (except financial and consolidated financial statements) which are constituted by financial institutions and move to body of licensing according to requirements of the laws concerning regulation of the markets of financial services;".
