About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine of August 3, 2017 No. 3284
According to Item 7-1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of youth and the sport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 220, and for the purpose of enhancement of the list of criteria of quality for the youth centers I ORDER:
1. Bring in the National quality label and criteria of quality for the youth centers approved by the order of the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine of August 3, 2017 No. 3284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2017 for No. 1061/30929, the following changes:
1) in the Section II:
to state the subitem 2 of Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) territorial convenience (arrangement of the center within the residential district that the youth could reach there at any time without parents, if necessary - availability of convenient journey);";
to state the subitem 4 of Item 2 in the following edition:
"4) availability, including physical (leisure in the center will be organized for different age groupes of youth, including persons with disability, the youth which is in difficult vital circumstances, the working youth; working hours shall be convenient for youth, the place - available to persons with disability).
Activities of the center shall provide wide range of needs of youth, be based on determination of these requirements, and also provide both program activities, and availability of space for individual carrying out free time.";
to add the subitem 3 of item 4 with the new paragraph of such content:
"use of inclusive approaches to work with youth;";
2) in the Section III:
to add the subitem 8 of Item 3 after words of "youth with special needs" with words ", persons with disability";
