1. In the Regulations on procedure for crossing of frontier the goods which are subject to control by the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 938/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 398-399, 1044), to make the following changes:

Item 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"11. The wood packaging material classified in goods item 4415 Combined the commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172/2014, will be exposed to phytosanitary control only if it comes from the countries and/or regions listed in the List approved on the basis of criteria of risk by the order of the CEO of the Agency, published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
