1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 24, 2014 No. 824 "About approval of the Technique of determination of available handling capacity of interstate power networks of the integrated power system of Ukraine (OES of Ukraine)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 02, 2014 for No. 1546/26323.
2. To management of energy markets (Buslavets A. A.) provide:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Bliznuk M. D.
