Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of creation of the draft of the federal budget and budget statements of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2018 No. 326 "About approval of Rules of creation of the draft of the federal budget and budget statements of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 14, Art. 1976; 2019, No. 9, Art. 845).
