"1. These rules of assignment, increase, confirmation, preserving, decrease and removal of cool qualification of employees and military personnel of law-enforcement bodies (further – Rules) determine procedure for assignment, increase, confirmation, decrease and removal of cool qualification of employees and military personnel of police, criminal executive system, bodies of civil protection, military and investigative divisions of law-enforcement bodies, and also assignments, increases, confirmations, preserving, decrease and removals of cool qualification of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - NG).";

"30. Results of determination of cool qualification of the military personnel of NG are reflected in the act of assignment, increase, confirmation, preserving, decrease and removal of cool qualification by the serviceman of NG in form according to appendix 6 to these rules (further – the act NG).
