About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2000 No. 1908 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2000 No. 1908 "About the Register of institutions of health care and the companies of zooveterinary supply performing wholesale trade by ethyl alcohol on the medical and veterinary purposes" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1-2, of Art. 20; 2002, No. 20 of Art. 981; 2007, No. 12, Art. 425; 2010, No. 11, Art. 535; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2436) changes which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2019.

1. In the resolution:
The name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of healthcare institutions and subjects of managing (organizations) of zooveterinary supply performing wholesale trade by ethyl alcohol on the medical and veterinary purposes";
2) in introductory part of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and trade in alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and fuel";
