About modification of the Order of the Government No. 903/2014 about approval of the Regulations on transportation of pupils
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 903/2014 about approval of the Regulations on transportation of pupils (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 333-338, 971) to make the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Public Education" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches";
2) in the Provision:
a) the text "district/municipal authority of education" in any case shall be replaced with words "local industry body in the field of education" in the corresponding case, and also the word "management" in any case shall be replaced with words "local industry body in the field of education" in the corresponding case in the following cases: in the subitem 5) Item 49 after the word "use", in the subitem 9) Item 50 and in the subitem 3) Item 52 after the word "use";
b) add item 4 with the text: "Bodies of local public authority of the second level and ATO Gagauzia provide free transportation of pupils from the rural zone in educational institutions and from educational institutions on the distances exceeding 2 km if at the place of residence of the pupil the educational institution corresponding to the level of its education is not effective (initial, gymnasia, lyceum). As starting points for calculation of distance will be considered: the place of landing in the settlement of accommodation of the pupil and the place of disembarkation (educational institution in which he studies).";
c) in the subitem 1) of Item 6 of the word of "Ministry of Public Education" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Education, culture and researches";
d) state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13, the Obligation according to the conclusion of transportation agreements is assigned on:
