About modification of the Order of the Government No. 159/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of financial support
Based on the Law No. 827/2000 on fund of support of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460) DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 159/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of financial support (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 48-57, 184) to make the following changes:
To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "2018" with figures "2019";
2) in the Provision:
a) item 4:
in subitems 1), 2) and 3) of the word "disabled", ", not entered new scrap," and "disabled" to exclude;
in the subitem 5) the words "disabled" and ", not entered new scrap," to exclude;
6) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"6) participants of World War II from among the categories specified in subitems and) - е) Item 1) parts (2) article 7 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans, person with limited opportunities owing to World War II from among the categories specified in the subitem and) parts (2) article 8 of the specified law, and also persons who received restriction of opportunities owing to wound, contusions, mutilations received as a result of attraction by municipal authorities to collection of ammunition and military equipment, to mine clearing of the territories and objects in the years of World War II;";
add with the subitem 6/1) of the following content:
"6/1) persons equated to participants of war from among the categories specified in subitems and) - c) and e) Item 2) parts (2) article 7 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans, and also persons which were involved by municipal authorities in collection of ammunition and military equipment, mine clearing of the territories and objects in the years of World War II.";
add with the paragraph the second the following content:
