1) Article 8.5 in paragraph one the word "information, -" shall be replaced with words "information, except as specified, stipulated in Article 8.5.2 of this Code, -";
To add 2) with Article 8.5.2 of the following content:
"Article 8.5.2. Concealment of data on sanitary and forest pathological condition of the woods or inclusion of false information on sanitary and forest pathological condition of the woods in the act of forest pathological inspection
1. Not direction in the time of the approved act of forest pathological inspection established by the law in authorized federal executive body -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to twenty thousand rubles.
