About modification of the Regulations on life-long education of adults approved by the Order of the Government No. 193/2017
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Regulations on life-long education of adults approved by the Order of the Government No. 193/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 92-102, 266), to make the following changes:
1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Public Education" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in the corresponding case, and "National quality assurance agency in professional education" shall be replaced with words words "National quality assurance agency in education and scientific research".
Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. Continuous professional training of adults will be organized accurately on the education levels and specialties, taking into account needs of employers, general skills of adult, specific requirements to posts and their opportunities for career development or employment.
Continuous professional training of adults will be organized according to programs of retraining, additional qualification, specialization, polyqualification and advanced training.";
5) of Item 9 of the word "have programs of life-long education" shall be replaced with words 3) in the subitem "have programs of life-long professional education", and the text", approved with the Ministry of Public Education," to exclude.
4) in Item 30 of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";
Items 45, 47 and 49 to state 5) in the following edition:
"45. Continuous training of adults, depending on complexity degree, is implemented through:
1) thematic rates of increase and the program of qualification/specialization - till 90 o'clock;
2) short-term rates and programs of increase in qualification / specialization - from 90 to 300 hours;
3) multidisciplinary rates and programs of increase in qualification/specialization - from 300 to 600 hours;
