1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2000 No. 377 "About measures for enhancement of system of fight against crime and corruption" (No. published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of April 26, 2000 18):
in the subitem 3) of Item 1 of the word to "Department of law-enforcement system of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" shall be replaced with words to "Department of law-enforcement system of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2002 No. 828 "About some questions of personnel policy in system of public authorities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 17, the Art. 212):
in Regulations on the procedure for approval, position assignment and dismissal of political government employees and other officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
Item 19 in paragraph one after words "structural division" to add with words of "the Office of the Security Council".
