1. Approve the Procedure for utilization or destruction of low-quality or dangerous alcoholic beverages and tobacco products which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out utilization or destruction according to the Laws of Ukraine "About withdrawal from turnover, conversion, utilization, destruction or further use of low-quality and dangerous products" and "About quality and safety of foodstuff and food staples" low-quality or dangerous alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (further - products).
2. In connection therewith Procedure for utilization or destruction products which according to requirements of regulatory legal acts and regulating documents cannot be overworked are subject to withdrawal from turnover.
