About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of recognition of person the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4836; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5320; 2018, No. 16, Art. 2355; No. 27, Art. 4067; Official Internet portal of legal information (www.pravo.gov.ru), 2019, on May 21, No. 0001201905210016).

1. In Item 16:
a) after paragraph one to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The form and procedure for filling of the direction for medico-social examination issued by the body performing provision of pensions or social security authority of the population affirm the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.".
