the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2011 No. 78 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 28, 1995 No. 471" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 9, the Art. 422).
