1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 14, the Art. 168) the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 16 with new subitems 126-1) and 126-2) of the following content:
"126-1) develops and approves the list of Items of control in the border territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on which the state control and supervision of products of agro-industrial complex within automobile communication is exercised;
126-2) develops and approves procedure of the state control and supervision of products of agro-industrial complex in control Items in the border territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation within automobile communication;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
