1.1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The activities report of pawnshop is submitted:

for the first quarter, half-year, nine months of calendar year - no later than 23 working days upon termination of the accounting period;

for calendar year twice - no later than 23 working days upon termination of calendar year and no later than 90 calendar days upon termination of calendar year.

In case of creation of the activities report of pawnshop in quarter, half-year, nine months of calendar year the Section VI is not filled in.

In case of creation of the activities report of the pawnshop for calendar year submitted no later than 23 working days upon termination of calendar year only Sections I and III are filled in.

In case of creation of the activities report of the pawnshop for calendar year submitted no later than 90 calendar days upon termination of calendar year the Sections I-II, the IV-VI are filled in.

Together with the activities report of pawnshop for calendar year submitted no later than 90 calendar days upon termination of calendar year the annual accounting (financial) accounts of pawnshop constituted according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation are submitted.".
