1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for the bank card issue commercial banks and their addresses in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 21, 2004 No. 4/20 (рег. No. 1344 of April 30, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 17, the Art. 203), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
