About modification of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget

According to part two of Article 45 of the Budget code of Ukraine, and in connection with accomplishment of revenues of the government budget on centralized model I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. Bring in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 2013 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2013 for No. 291/22823, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 2.2:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"open budget accounts in national currency in the Public treasurer service of Ukraine for transfer in the government budget of the income and other receipts (further - payments);";

the paragraph of the sixth after the word is "performed" to add with the words "in the automated mode";

in Item 2.3 of the word "and Head departments of Treasury" to exclude;

the paragraph one of Item 2.5 after words of "government budget" to add with the words "in national currency";

in Item 2.6 of the word "in bodies of Treasury" to replace with the word "Treasury";

2) in the Section VIII:

to state paragraphs of the first, second of Item 8.1 in the following edition:

"8.1. Daily in the regulated time by results of information processing the Treasury creates statements from the corresponding accounts on receipts in the form of the electronic register of settlement documents (appendix 1).
