For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of vehicles", "About compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters", and also, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization of insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides strengthenings of financial stability and solvency of insurance companies:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for submission of the reporting (information) and disclosure of information by subjects of the financial market" of September 4, 2018 change No. 417 according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
