About introduction of amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova
The parliament adopts this constitutional law.
Single Article. - In the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova accepted on June 29, 1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 78, of the Art. 140), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (3) Article 50 of the word "children with physical, intellectual and mental variations." shall be replaced with words "children with limited opportunities.".
2. In Article 51:
in the name of the word of "persons with physical, intellectual and mental variations" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities";
in part (1) the words "Persons with Physical, Intellectual and Mental Variations" shall be replaced with words "Faces with limited opportunities".
