About change of the Resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2012 No. 72

1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2012 No. 72 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out engineering certification of the cash equipment" the following changes:
1.1. in the name of the word "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure" shall be replaced with words "About procedure";
1.2. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on paragraph two of subitem 5.16-1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out engineering certification of the cash equipment it (is applied).";
1.4. in the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out engineering certification of the cash equipment approved by this resolution:
state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for the organization and carrying out engineering certification of the cash summing-up registers including combined with taximeters and ticket printing machines (further - the cash equipment).
