Article 1. "About the state non-profit organizations" to state the Item "d" of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 23, 2001 to ZR-248 in the following edition:
"e) opens the account in treasury of the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of management of public finances (further - treasury) (for the municipal organizations - in bank or in treasury);".
Article 2. The schedule of transfer of the accounts opened in banks addressed to the state non-profit organizations in treasury of the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of management of public finances establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
