About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2018 No. 805

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2018 No. 805 "About distribution in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of products of foreign mass media and modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from the name of the word "both modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 427-Z";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for conducting examination of products of foreign mass media regarding compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on the commission on conducting examination of products of foreign mass media regarding compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for conducting examination of products of foreign mass media regarding compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 3 of the word", the Provision on which and structure affirm Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "in structure according to appendix";
in item 4:
"the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace words with the word "legislation";
