Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 96 "About establishment of forms of statements for registration in tax authority and messages of the legal entity on creation of branches, representations and other separate divisions of the legal entity, approval of the Instruction on procedure for filling of statements for registration in tax authority and messages of the legal entity on creation of branches, representations and other separate divisions of the legal entity, the Instruction on procedure and conditions of assignment, application, change of accounting number of the payer and recognition its invalid, about modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of November 20, 2003 No. 103, recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
