The description of actions of the parties participating in rendering the state service in case of acceptance and registration of the rights to real estate based on the transaction which is not certified are notarially specified in the reference book of interaction of business processes when rendering the state service, according to appendix 5 to this regulations and the reference book of business processes when rendering the state service, according to appendix 6 to these regulations.";
