About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, 7-1, 15, of 28, of 30, 44 - 46, 48, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Section I of the word of "legal entities" shall be replaced with words "legal nonresident persons in Ukraine";

2) the second offer of paragraph one of Item 37 of the Section V after words "to rate of bank," to add with words "non-bank organization,".

2. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure for making of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), such changes:
