About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
According to part two of article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About education", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 No. 811 "About approval of the Regulations on the INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM "EDUCATION" and the Ordering procedure, issue and accounting of education documents of the state sample", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 16, 2004 for No. 201/8800 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of August 13, 2007 No. 737), the following changes:
Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Regulations on the INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM "EDUCATION" and the Ordering procedure of documents on basic secondary education and complete general secondary education, issue and accounting of their cards";
2) in Item 2 of the word "Ordering Procedure, Issues and Accounting of Education Documents of the State Sample" shall be replaced with words "The ordering procedure of documents on basic secondary education and complete general secondary education, issue and accounting of their cards";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the word of "education documents of the state sample" "documents on basic secondary education and complete general secondary education".
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine which are attached.
