About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About food security"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2010 "About food security" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 830; 2014, No. 11, Art. 667) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- in the paragraph the second words "economic, organizational" shall be replaced with words "political, social, economic, technical, information";
- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-the vital food - the food which are on structure and amounts country population diet basis";
- in paragraph four to replace the word "optimum" with the word "physiological" and after words of "substances and energy" to add with the words "confirmed with authorized state body in the field of health care";
- in paragraph five "optimum" to replace the word with the word "physiological";
- in paragraph nine "optimum" to replace the word with the word "physiological";
- the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-the state food inventory - the component of material state inventory created for the purpose of prevention of food crisis or liquidation of its effects, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for use.".
