About modification of the Order of the Government No. 884/2015 about approval of the Regulations on the organization of training in residency

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 884/2015 about approval of the Regulations on the organization of training in residency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 361-369, 986) to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem 3) of Item 2 of the resolution of the word "in public medical and sanitary organizations" shall be replaced with words "suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services";

2) in the Provision:

a) add item 4 with concept of the following content:

"suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services - the public medical and sanitary organizations, the budget organizations / organizations providing the medical and social services financed from the government budget, and division of the National agency of public health";

b) bring the Item "33-1" of the following content:

"33-1. Heads of suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services represent to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection information on the number of the employed residents for planning in the government budget of the financial resources necessary for compensation of resident doctors, according to provisions of regulations.";

c) in Item 68 after the words "on vacant positions" to introduce the words "available to residents".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
