About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning the national social insurance
In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2018 "About the national social insurance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 500
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837 "About approval of Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance":
shall be replaced with words the words "Approve the Enclosed Rules of the Individual (Personified) Accounting of Insured Persons in System of the National Social Insurance" "Approve Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance (are applied)";
in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
words of "year" about the individual (personified) accounting in system of the national social insurance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 4, 2/5)" shall be replaced with words "No. 230-Z "About the individual (personified) accounting in system of the national social insurance";
in part three of Item 7 of the word of "year" about the electronic document and the digital signature" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 2/1665)" shall be replaced with words "No. 113-Z "About the electronic document and the digital signature";
in part two of Item 8 of the word of "year" about provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 17, of the Art. 275)" shall be replaced with words "No. 1596-XII "About provision of pensions";
