About introduction of amendments to article 10 of the Law on the government budget for 2019 No. 303/2018
This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106/1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself responsibility the Government before Parliament.
Art. I. - In part (2) article 10 of the Law on the government budget for 2019 No. 303/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 504-511, 842) to make the following changes:
the subparagraph the fourth to add with words ", except for directors (heads) of organizations of general and professional technical education for whom the base rate is established in the amount of 1800 lei";
after the subparagraph of the fifth to add part with three new subparagraphs of the following content:
"-1600 lei - for officers of the National inspectorate on patrol of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (except for Group No. 1 as a part of Battalion No. 1 of the Crew of patrol) and deconcentrated divisions
General inspectorate of police, General inspectorate on emergency situations and Department of troops of carabineers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
1700 lei - for subofficers of the National inspectorate on patrol of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (except for Group No. 1 of Battalion No. 1 of the Crew of patrol) and deconcentrated divisions of the General inspectorate of police, the General inspectorate on emergency situations and Department of troops of carabineers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
1700 lei - for advisers for the dispute resolution of the National agency for the dispute resolution (except for the CEO and the deputy director general);".
Art. II. - The departing base rates established according to this law are applied when calculating the salaries since January, 2019.
