About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2016 No. 54

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2016 No. 54 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue, the address and repayment of housing bonds" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue, addresses and repayments of housing bonds (are attached).";
1.3. in the Instruction about procedure for the issue, the address and repayment of housing bonds approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "years" about the security market" (National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.01. 2/2229)" shall be replaced with words 2015, "No. 231-Z "About the security market";
in part two of Item 13 of the word "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2013 No. 263 "About shared-equity construction of objects in the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.06. 2013, 1/14318) "shall be replaced with words" the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2019 No. 156 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2018 No. 473".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
