About approval of Changes in the Procedure for submission of regulatory legal acts on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and carrying out their state registration
According to the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for submission of regulatory legal acts on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and carrying out their state registration approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 12, 2005 No. 34/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2005 for No. 381/10661 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 15, 2013 No. 883/5) which are applied.
2. To the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this order.
3. To department of registration and systematization of legal acts (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 8, 2019.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Smachilo I. V.
