About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, the following changes:

1.1. add item 4 with subitems 4.5-1, 4.18-2 of the following content:

"4.5-1. conducts according to the legislation statistics of hunting economy, and also forestry concerning use of forest resources;";

"4.18-2. establishes in coordination with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the requirement to methods and devices of collection of wild-growing berries;";

1.2. in subitem 5.1 of Item 5:

replace the word "publish" with the word "accept";

after the words "regulatory legal acts" to add the subitem with the words "in the form of resolutions".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

the paragraph third subitem 1.1 of Item 1 - since March 29, 2019;

subitem 1.2 of Item 1 - since February 1, 2019;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
