1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 211 Corrected electric utility services, No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 1394, to state in the following edition:
"211. Mistakes when calculating for the consumed electrical energy, and also cases of the wrong application by the power supplying organization of rate for services of electric utility service are eliminated according to the procedure, the determined Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises of the state housing stock approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises of the state housing stock, modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their structural elements":
1.2.1. to state subitems 6.3 and 6.4 of Item 6 in the following edition:
"6.3. about apartment houses (premises) with indication of their total area in which there are no citizens registered at the place of residence;
6.4. about apartment houses (premises) on which agreements of finance lease (leasing), leasing subject of which are apartments of private housing stock in the apartment or blocked apartment houses and (or) single-family apartment houses of private housing stock, with indication of the agreement party to which the obligation on introduction of payment for housing and communal services is assigned, are signed;";
