About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40, the following changes:

1.1. after the paragraph of third to add subitem 5.13 with the paragraph of the following content:

"about modification and amendments in data on the historical and cultural values included in the State list of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus;";

1.2. state subitem 5.14 in the following edition:

"5.14. creates and keeps the State list of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus or authorizes the legal entity on forming and maintaining this State list, including:

excludes from it data on material historical and cultural values on which Ministries of culture are made decisions on deprivation of the status of historical and cultural value, makes changes and additions to data on historical and cultural values based on the decision of Ministry of culture;";

1.3. add Item with subitem 5.25-1 of the following content:

"5.25-1. establishes procedure for the organization of work with legal and (or) physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, and also order of interaction with local executive and administrative organs on the questions connected with assignments for business activity which makes direct impact on the historical and cultural value or zones of protection of immovable material historical and cultural value;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
