About modification and amendments in Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. The regulations on reference of products (works, services) to products (works, services) of own production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 1, 5/9613; 2011, No. 88, 5/34241; No. 96, 5/34339; 2012, No. 68, 5/35819) to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2004 No. 1517 "About procedure for reference of services of banks, non-bank credit and financial and insurance companies to self-produced services and about entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 191, 5/15233):
1.2.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "and insurance companies" shall be replaced with words ", insurance companies, the commercial microfinancial organizations and lessors";
1.2.2. in Item 3 of the word "and to the non-bank credit and financial organizations" shall be replaced with words ", to the non-bank credit and financial organizations, the commercial microfinancial organizations and lessors";
