About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the fields of education
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of the higher and secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2004 No. 53 the following changes:
in the Regulations on the educational organization of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 1.5 of the word to "The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words to "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the fields of education and sciences";
- in Item 1.9:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" "authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of internal affairs, foreign affairs and defense";
word in paragraph three "The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the fields of education and sciences";
